**Your role**
As a Program Liaison with One Doorway, you will be responsible for providing both direct
support to our participants as well as leadership and direction to a team of
Keyworkers/Disability Support Workers whilst working in collaboration with the business to
maintain a culture of performance and quality in all aspects of service delivery.
You will be a member of the Operations team, supported by the Regional Manager. This position is located in Mill Park and the
position is classified under the SCHADS award which is Level 3 Pay Point 3.
**How you will make an impact**
- Mentoring a team of Key Workers and Disability Support Workers to ensure a participant’s
service is delivered in line with their NDIS plan, goals, routines and support plans.
- Ensuring that administration tasks within the program are completed to a high level of detail
and in accordance with ODW policy and procedure.
- Mentor Disability Support Workers to ensure that administrative tasks within the program
are completed to NDIS and program requirements.
- Assist the service delivery of day-to-day supports enabling participants to achieve their
goals.
- Support participant complaints and bring about beneficial resolutions and ensure Regional
Manager and Complaints team are aware of complaints and outcomes.
**What we are looking for**
- A Tertiary qualification directly related to community services or disability is required,
along with evidenced and demonstrated experience in the delivery of community service
and/or NDIS service provision.
- Experience providing services to people and children with disability with complex
behaviour needs.
- Experience in utilising Positive Behaviour Support Plans is essential.
- Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives.
- Able to accept responsibility and work as part of a team.
- Patient, flexible, understanding, supportive and caring nature.
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within the disability or health care sectors.
- Valid driver’s license
**Desirable, however not essential**
- Experience working within the disability or health care sectors.
- A Tertiary qualification directly related to Leadership and Management or Business or
evidenced and demonstrated experience in a Leadership and Management or Business
position.
