Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to a 68 year old woman with a spinal cord injury to enable independence by providing a service to assist her in their own home.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**Duties include**
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with Therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation

**Shift times**
- There are a vary of shift times available

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
