Little Zak's Academy is a family-owned early childhood service dedicated to creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment where children and educators thrive. We're seeking an experienced Room Leader to join our established Plumpton team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs.

You'll collaborate closely with our Centre Director and lead educators to foster a positive, high-performing culture and contribute to our goal of maintaining an exceeding-rated service.

Your role

• Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality planning, curriculum, and outcomes
• Ensure documentation is visible, meaningful and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Build collaborative, positive relationships with families and colleagues
• Create a secure, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and regulatory compliance

About you

• Certificate III, Diploma or Teaching Degree (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous Room Leader experience highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and the National Regulations
• Excellent communication, teamwork and documentation skills
• Confident using digital tools and documentation platforms
• Current WWCC + First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis/Child Protection (or willingness to obtain)
