We are currently looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee several Little Zak’s Academy centres across Sydney (currently 7 centres in the portfolio). This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced manager to lead, support, and inspire our Centre Directors, ensuring the delivery of top-quality care and educational programs to children and families.
**About the Role**:
- Support Centre Directors in maintaining consistent and effective delivery of our educational programs.
- Mentor and build positive relationships with families, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Strategically plan and enhance services to meet the needs of children and families.
- Provide training and support to ensure the safety and welfare of children and staff.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and welcoming environment.
- Oversee financial aspects and staffing requirements to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate closely with the Approved Provider on service operations.
- Optimise and maintain service occupancy levels.
**About You**:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in early childhood education.
- ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and relevant legislation.
- Experience with Assessment and Rating processes.
- Financial management skills including budgeting and P&L oversight.
- Strong leadership and proactive management style.
- Proficiency in computer skills and relevant certifications (Working with Children, First Aid, etc.).
