**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Risks and Issues Register.
- Deliver Risk Management Reporting, including regular reporting on high risks.
- Stand up and maintain governance functions aligning to Defence, contracts and branch.
- Coordination and drafting of reporting requirements including Exec reporting, Talking Points and briefings.
- Executive forums Working Groups coordination and first POC
- Stakeholder engagement
- Information Management, Support directorate planning activities and governance documents such as (but not limited to): Business Continuity, Service Improvement Plan, Operations Plan, Business Management

**About You**:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team in a fast paced environment (Team Skills)
- Demonstrated experience drafting reports for executives and working groups (Writing skills)
- Demonstrated risk management experience and managing stakeholders (Risk management)
- Management of governance and process including alignment to Defences governance and process models
- Excellent organisational and communications skills. (Stakeholder engagement)
- Desirable - understanding of Defence process and policy
