**The Business**
GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) is an end-to-end service provider for essential power and communications infrastructure, based in Australia.
We provide an integrated service delivered through multiple complementary entities to our clients in the resources, power, utilities, and telecommunications sectors in multiple locations across Australia.
We are seeking to recruit a team player to join the team at our head office in Belmont, WA for a full time entry level position.
**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable and Purchasing Manager the Trainee Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
- Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to assist with the onboarding process.
- Vendor Management.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records and
- Any other administrative duties as required.
**About You**
You are highly organised and have a flexible outlook. You will cope well in a high-volume, fast paced environment. You have excellent communication skills and ability to converse with a variety of stakeholders.
**Skills and Experience**
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and can demonstrate ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Ability to work autonomously and be a team contributor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively exercise initiative and discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
