**In this Region Manager role, you will..**
- Shape a customer obsessed culture, leveraging customer feedback to coach and guide bankers and work collaboratively with stakeholders for better customer outcomes
- Inspire, guide, and develop bankers, empowering them to be best in market
- Drive impact and build alignment by skilfully engaging and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement a dynamic risk management strategy and framework seamlessly aligned with company policy
- Take ownership of profit & loss performance and balance sheet management to drive impactful business results
