**Regional Manager - Sydney based**

We are seeking an experienced regional sales manager to join a global leader in medical technologies in their highly accomplished trauma portfolio across NSW and ACT.

The main objectives for a successful regional manager are to maintain and grow the sales pool by reaching sales and profit targets.

**The role**
- Being a strategic player in your territory to promote and sell products
- Providing clinical and technical expertise surrounding your products
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders to create a well-oiled business machine
- Managing a group of territory managers to increase the reach of your products

**You**
- 5+ years experience in a medical device sales position
- 2+ years experience in a people management role
- Strong sales and business acumen
- Understanding in how to create, motivate and exceed sales and profit targets
