**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, as T-Ports Finance Officer you will be primarily responsible for the accounts payable, invoicing, and clerical financial/administrative duties within their busy Adelaide office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Accounts payable processing
- Preparation and processing of all bills and invoices using Xero
- Reconciliation and processing of charges on corporate credit cards
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding balances are reconciled in a timely manner
- Any other administrative/financial ad hoc tasks as they arise
- Support process improvement projects
- Filing and accurate storage of information including adopting the finance team’s paperless office policy

**About You**

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Sound knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- A positive and can-do attitude and the resilience to work in a changing environment
- Ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
- Data entry accuracy and high attention to detail
- Working knowledge of financial software e.g., Xero
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
