**Description**:
What does the role involve?
- As a corporate receptionist you will be expected to assist the Administration Manager to deliver Eastern Guruma’s business services processes and to ensure interface of mission critical site services with the Perth Office.
- Champion internal processes and cultural activities, assist with change management, leadership across the business, including the continuous improvement ethic for all at Eastern Guruma.
- Assist where required with supporting Eastern Guruma Administration processes.
- Greeting visitors as they arrive ensuring that they are attended to, they have signed into the visitors book, they have adhered to relevant safety protocols and the receiving parties have been informed.
- Coordination of meeting rooms booking, setting up and clearing of meeting rooms.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- At least 1.5+ years recent receptionist experience within corporate environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular use of Microsoft outlook, Microsoft excel and Microsoft word.
- Proven experience and qualifications in Administration or Business Services within a successful Corporation or SME - preferably in the mining, civil, services and Indigenous business arena.
- Experience in the administration, operation and the requirements of Quality Management Systems.
- Proven high level customer relations management skills.
- Business operation and administration skills
- Adaptable and highly reliable individual. (This is a full-time office position)
