The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for providing quality management and coordination of the front of house area by ensuring clients, visitors and staff are welcomed warmly with all needs met in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover.
- Coordinating external events including planning office events and liaising with event hosts for end to end services.
- Calendar management, monitoring stock of consumables and miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
- Processing invoices and utilising booking platforms.
