We’re looking for a people-focused, community-minded professional to join us as Community Care & Support Specialist (South Australia).

**The role**:
As our Community Care & Support Specialist, you’ll lead wellbeing outcomes across multiple villages, partnering with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, and local service providers to make a real difference in residents’ lives.
**You’ll**:

- Support village teams to design and deliver inclusive, engaging wellbeing programs.
- Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, volunteer and community connection programs, and partnerships with local care providers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of escalation for wellbeing matters.
- Strengthen local networks, connecting residents with the right support and services at the right time.
- Celebrate success and share best practice across the South Australian region.

**Please note**: this role doesn’t have direct reports, but it’s highly influential, shaping wellbeing outcomes and driving positive change across multiple villages.

**About you**:
You’re energetic, adaptable, and thrive on connecting with people. You have experience supporting individuals and families to navigate wellbeing or lifestyle options, perhaps in community services, retirement living, or health and wellness settings.

- Comfortable balancing resident needs with commercial and operational outcomes.
- Empathetic, resilient, and solutions-focused
- Happy to travel across villages in South Australia (access to your own transport needed).
