The Fuels & Energy line of business are seeking interest from Junior Health Safety Environmental Administrators / Advisor’s or those with an interest in a career within Health & Safety to join our team based in Perth WA. In this role, you will truly partner with project and HSE stakeholders assisting with providing advice to support and maintain a safe and healthy workplace and for adherence to company policies and applicable laws, regulations and standards for the workplace.

**About the role**
- Partner with Projects and Maintenance divisions to assist with delivering initiatives that are relevant to the client and drive project and business strategy
- Ensure implementation of the HSE Management System on all phases of the project and maintenance services
- Provide assistance to management and other staff on HSE issues and risks
- Implement and monitor the HSE Management System, safety procedures, documentation and audit system in conjunction with the overall HSE Management System
- Assist with audits conducted on HSE project compliance
- Promote and implement USafe culture and programs including critical risk management
- Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the team
- Maintain and take ownership of reporting set by the business and client

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications or Cert IV in HSE or a related discipline mandatory
- 2 years plus working within Health and Safety or Environment or with a keen interest to develop your career in this field
- Ability to work independently, to organise and prioritise demands, to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- The ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to engage with stakeholders in a proactive manner to provide strategic business partnering solutions
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
