**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner as part of a geographically dispersed team of three. You will partner closely with business leaders providing practical advice and guidance in how to build a high performance teams through effective and consistent people resolutions.

As you partner with your client groups to identify areas of opportunity you will ensure compliance, governance and risk management approach to people related matters.

In addition the role will require you to:

- Support and coach across the full employee lifecycle including performance and conduct management, employee engagement, change management and workforce development.
- Partner with your client group on talent management activities including succession, retention and development.
- Contribute to the preparation of people related data and reporting including insights and trends to inform organisational initiatives.

**About You**

This role will suit an experienced and qualified P&C Business Partner who is:

- Has demonstrated ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships where you can have courageous conversations with leaders across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Flexible in style and approach with well-developed communication skills to partner with your stakeholders in a proactive, positive and constructive manner.
- Experienced in developing and implement effective workshops, tools and processes and contribute to year on year maturation of organisational leadership capability.
- Able to identify opportunities in your business areas and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
