**About the role**

This role is primarily responsible for delivering training face to face and via zoom as a backfill for a parental leave cover. An essential component of the role involves travelling to different areas of NSW to deliver face to face training. You will also liaise with the business to ensure that all business critical training is met. Sunnyfield uses Cornerstone as its LMS. The Learning team is a close knit team of four that support each other to deliver great training for our staff.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivery of face to face training in a classroom environment and via Zoom
- Maintenance of the Essential Training matrix for staff that identifies all essential training for roles within the organisation.
- Working with the business to identify learning needs and gaps, then formulating training programs to address those needs.
- Working with the business to keep the training records up to date
- Working with the HRBP’s to identifying training needs for managers and implement learning solutions to address those needs.
- Consulting and working with the business’ Subject Matter Experts in order to develop required training materials.
- Trouble shoot support queries and devise pragmatic solutions.
- Assistance & management of OD & Learning projects as required

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience as a capable and engaging trainer and facilitator both via Zoom and Face to Face (Eg Orientation/Soft skill development/System training)
- Relevant training qualifications and certifications (Certificate IV Training and Assessment)
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise and use initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to measure and monitor training and identify any skill gaps
- Development of some training materials and measuring training outcomes
- Excellent formal writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience in using excel and an LMS to report on training
- Experience with navigating an LMS (Cornerstone)
