As part of the internal coordination of planned cleaning at MTM Suburban passenger vehicles, you will be responsible for auditing both safety and quality of both train cleaning, external washing and mural/graffiti removal works performed at all fleet maintenance/driver depots and MTM sidings.

You will have previous experience leading teams, managing deadlines, strong software skills, a desire to lead from the front, people skills, demonstrated coordination experience and a working commitment to the role long term.

This role is offered on a
**full-time permanent** basis operating out of MTMs Craigieburn depot, rostered on rotating shifts incl.
**Days / Nights, **weekends as required

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate all planning, monitoring, and reporting of all cleaning of MTM Suburban passenger vehicles
- Ensure all train cleaning work is carried out safely and delivering the quality in accordance with work instructions and relevant cleaning requirements.
- Roster management for all wash plant operators for all wash plants
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting required
- Manage fleet programs (night/day)
- Conducting and coordinating site inductions, auditing at all cleaning sites, repair work at all sites on our Tier 2 reactive maintenance service agreements.
- Coordination of contractor, liaison with fleet controllers, RS North Melbourne fleet coordinators and workshop drivers

**Qualification & Skills**
- TTSA Train Track Safety Awareness Level 1 - or willingness to obtain
- First Aid Level 2
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence

**Experience Criteria**
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership based role
- Experience in Cleaning Audits & Coordination
- Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Experience of working in a production blue collar workforce and able to integrate and communicate with all levels of an operation
- Condition assessments, quality control and ideally with cleaning and painting, surface repair etc.
