In this roll, you will:

- Work with marketing team to grow our global influencer and affiliate program.
- Assist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities.
- Assist with briefing and management of influencer contracts.
- Assist with briefing and evaluation of influencer generated content
- Assist with the process of selecting and sending products out to influencers.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with the brand across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with Influencer and marketing team on influencer-focused campaigns.
- Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brand.
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels.
- Deliver weekly influencer activity reports to the Management.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Develop, monitor and track engagement & conversions through influencer programs & contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in a similar social & influencer based role
- Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates
- Passionate about social media and influencer marketing
- Driven and ambitious
- Must be proactive with initiative to drive new ideas
- Proven track record & results in previous position
- Strong negotiation skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Work well in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment
- Work well with a team, while also being hands-on with the ability to work independently
- Results-oriented and brand focused

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
