Level 1 Technical Support role - further progression to Level 2 available
- $58k - $62k + super + overtime rates, hybrid role - 4 days in office and 1 WFH
- Silverwater location, Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm rotating roster

Tenacity CX are Australia’s leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience industry.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join this growing team - part of a national business in the Technology Solutions space.

**Role duties Include**:

- Monitor open requests whilst providing feedback and updates within set guidelines
- Provide training to customers on the set up and testing of new software
- Problem solve and identify route cause analysis
- Take ownership of resolution management including escalating to wider IT organisation

**Skills & attributes required**:

- Customer service experience in a retail or contact centre capacity
- Some further studies in technology related field (preferred, not essential)
- You are naturally curious with excellent problem-solving capabilities and have a passion for helping customers
- High-level communication skills both written and verbal with strong attention to detail with
- Drive & motivation to be successful and to grow within a business
