**Talent Acquisition Team Leader**:

- Location: Perth Office - CBD, WA, AU- 11 Sep 2024As the **Talent Acquisition Team Leader**, you will oversee and guide our recruitment team. In this role, you will lead a team of 12 talent acquisition professionals, ensuring the efficient delivery of day-to-day operations while supporting strategic initiatives and managing executive-level recruitment efforts.

**Your Role in Action**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12 talent acquisition professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Manage executive-level recruitment.

- Proven experience in a recruitment leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in managing executive-level recruitment and working with senior stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
