**Talent Acquisition Manager**

With offices nationally and providing services to some of the top and leading brands, there's an opportunity to join as the Talent Acquisition Manager where it's hands-on, commercial with a busy, flexible and hardworking team

The role will partner with key stakeholders to find creative solutions for streamlining the recruitment processes across all portfolios of business. This a fast paced, multi-diverse, heavily operational business with over 4000 staff across Australia. You will have strong communication skills and an ability to work dynamically, think strategically and deliver tangible outcomes.

Located in the Perth CBD, as the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the recruitment team to develop, guide and coach them yet still getting in and making all things recruitment happen.

**Responsibilities;**
- Oversee Talent Acquisition function to build customer focused, tech enabled, highly effective and efficient processes that align with business needs.
- Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- End to end recruitment for a broad portfolio of across the business
- Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring leaders to understand current & future work force planning requirements.
- Provide regular analysis and data for executive and board on recruitment & onboarding activities undertaken, their impact/effectiveness and costs
- Oversee a team of recruiters to deliver on the strategy for recruitment campaigns
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process

**Selection criteria;**
- Talent Acquisition leadership experience in large complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and coach a recruitment team
- Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
