**The Opportunity**
Join our team and seize the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Field Sales operations. As a key member, you will have the chance to develop and implement Field Sales Force Automation solutions.
As the Sales Effectiveness Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that these solutions meet the needs of the business and are delivered according to project plans and objectives.
**A day in the Life**
- Be the driving force behind innovation, partnering with business teams, regional IT and vendors to design and implement cutting edge Sales Force Automation solutions that align to global strategies and fuel business success
- Lead transformation by testing & rolling out upgrades to solutions to drive additional value
- Work on transformative projects that solve commercial challenges through new technology
- Champion system reliability through proactive monitoring & reporting that prevents disruptions and maximises productivity for users
- Solve complex challenges in collaboration with regional and local IT offices, external vendors and operations teams to quickly resolve system issues
- Explore opportunities for efficiency across the entire business, collaborating with diverse teams to align strategies, drive projects and ensure integration of solutions that deliver significant value
- Drive continuous improvement by influencing stakeholders and finding sustainable improvements to functionality and processes.
- Support increasing capability in technology through user engagement and coaching
**What will make you successful**:
- Understanding of sales and business selling process.
- Genuine enthusiasm for collaborating within a high-performing team of driven individuals who support & build each-other up.
- Passion for pushing the limits of technology and ways of working to drive efficiency.
- 1-2 years of FMCG sales experience and experience in managing Sales Force Automation Solutions.
- 1-2 years in data & analytics platforms - Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Working knowledge of Project Methodologies and Project Governance.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 & Power Platform - Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines while demonstrating strong logical problem-solving skills.
- Technically savvy and process-oriented with a quick ability to learn new concepts and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to positively influence change.
