**About the Role**
Moncel is currently hiring for a Customer Success Agent. This role is responsible for qualifying and converting leads for small and medium-sized business customers in Australia. The Customer Success Agent evaluates, identifies & nurtures opportunities from large numbers of provided prospects & leads, right through to the point of conversion. This is a computer and telephone-based role and requires a high level of technical literacy.
Communication is the key to this role. Your ability to successfully communicate and create a rapport with the customer is key to being successful in this position. You must be passionate about what our organisation offers and truly believe in our vision. Your enthusiasm must come through in every interaction with potential and existing customers.
**What You’ll Do**
Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Evaluating & qualifying inbound website leads
- Calling outbound prospects from provided leads lists
- Nurturing both inbound and outbound leads and opportunities through to the point of conversion
- Closing sales via telephone
- Accurate data entry into CRM and sales tools
- Committing and working towards the mission and growth of the business
- Demonstrating our core values every day
- Demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- General reporting as required
- Responding to and actioning requests from the leadership team in a timely manner
- Tracking and meeting personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meeting all required deadlines
**Who You Are**
- An experienced Customer Success Agent with 2+ years in a similar role
- Experience identifying and qualifying a high volume of leads
- Demonstrated ability to close sales
- The ability to connect & communicate with a wide range of people
- Experience using sales automation tools (preferred)
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills including personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- High level of technical ability & computer literacy
