**About the Role**
Reporting to the Team Leader, this position is a member of the Lending Solutions Team within the First Party Lending Channel and a key contributor to the success of the Lending Solutions Team.

The role is focused on connecting and supporting our members with their lending needs and helping them win and achieve in all of their financial goals by providing consistently great experiences.

This is phone based role, with all interactions with members via telephone.

Location - Homebush, Rooty Hill, Sydney City or Melbourne

**About You**
- Provides Members and prospective members an indication of their borrowing power and issues approval notifications to members
- Proactively identifies opportunities to promote and cross sell other TMBL Products and Services appropriate to members needs enhancing their financial wellbeing
- Makes reasonable enquiries about the borrower/s requirements and their objectives and clearly documenting them within the Loans Origination system
- Assesses the information gathered and verifies income and expenditure as appropriate to ensure both the product and level of credit sought is "not unsuitable"
- Makes accurate and compliant credit recommendations in line with all current regulatory and government legislation, the Banks Credit Risk Policy Framework and responsible lending requirements
- Assists with members enquiries relating to the completion and return of all loan and mortgage documentation
- Achieves individual KPI's that are linked to the Banks Strategic Plan

**Qualifications & Experience**
- FSR Tier 2 - RG146 accreditation - desirable
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking - desirable
- Minimum two years lending experience
