We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic **Strategic Designer **to join our Federal Government client

The role will support capability uplift across our Federal government client to implement benefits realisation, integrate lessons learned into the design and mobilisation of their program. The role will act as an advisor on matters relating to the Programs governance and direction.

The role requires a self-motivated, driven and outcomes-focused individual with demonstrable experience in delivery of programs, projects, organisational change, strategic service design and governance.

This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this **4 month contract **with **an additional extensions **offered.

**Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance **will be considered for this role.

**The experience and skills for this role are**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing written material for a wide range of stakeholders. Proven ability to communicate effectively while anticipating stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
- Extensive Experience in benefits mapping, modelling and prioritisation
- Successful identification of program activities and monitoring implementation
- Provision of strategic advice and specialisation in large scale and whole of government transformation programs.
- The ability liaise with stakeholder engagement (complex, executive)
- Experience in executive comms and strategic design artefacts and activities
- Understanding and experience the AEC strategic priorities to ensure an understanding of the importance of impact of current and future state of work.
- Well-developed organisational skills with an ability to proactively approach responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex, fast-paced, and agile environment.
- Proven analytical abilities with the ability to propose and facilitate change and contribute to business improvement strategies.
- Demonstrated personal integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and policy parameters
- Knowledge and experience in service and organisational design
- Knowledge of, or ability to, quickly gain knowledge of Australian electoral law and practice.
