**The Opportunity**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a

**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Lead**: the iterative development of user-centred design artefacts, such as personas, journey maps and service mapping/blueprints
- ** Design**: and facilitate workshops to iteratively develop strategic thinking and documents
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Work with stakeholders from multiple business areas to design policy that addresses user needs and meets business objectives
- ** Conduct**:usability testing and other service testing fieldwork with members of the public
- High level interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop and conduct research such as:

- Develop user research plan
- Develop discussion guides & recruitment plans
- Conduct user research interviews
- Advanced experience in human centred design, ideations, prototyping and testing of strategy and processes
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
