**Pay**: $40 - $45 per hour depending on experience

**Days and Hours**: 2 days per week, 8 hours a week
**Tuesday**: 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
**Wednesday**: 1:00 PM 5:00 PM

A professional and caring family in Redfern are looking for a reliable Nanny / House Manager to care for their two sons aged 5yrs and 3yrs old and assist with school pick-ups, activity drop-offs, and light household tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children in a structured yet relaxed environment.
**About the Role**:
The nanny will be responsible for collecting the children from school, taking them to swimming lessons on Wednesdays, and providing a supportive, screen-free environment where they can engage in independent play. The role involves light household tasks such as laundry and meal prep.
**A Typical Afternoon**:
Arrive, put a load of laundry on
Tidy kitchen if needed and prep for afternoon tea and dinner.
Collect children and drive home or swimming lessons
Afternoon tea
Help with other light household work i.e packing clothes away, and tidying

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up the children from school and supervise free play
- Drive the children to swimming lessons on Wednesdays in Alexandria (a car is provided)
- Assist with light housework and laundry
- Help with meal preparation

**About You**:
The family is looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, proactive, and supportive
- Comfortable allowing the children to play independently
- Happy to work in a screen-free household
- To speak Spanish (would be a bonus but not essential)

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience caring for children
- Driver s license required (a car will be provided for work use)
- Childcare qualifications preferred but not essential
- Experience with light household tasks and meal prep
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
