Position Summary:

- Responsible for the co-ordination of marketing activations and communication channels
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager in overseeing and creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
- Maintain and create relationships with media personnel, social media influencers and customers, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
- Prepare monthly reports based on marketing performances and using marketing analysis tools, focusing on attention to detail
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Complete marketing administration duties and offer general support to the team
- Create and manage marketing purchase requests for the Marketing and Sales department
