**About the role**:
Looking for a new and exciting opportunity as a Functional / Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365 CE? Look no further than NHP

At NHP, we are a dynamic and innovative company that values its employees talents and contributions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our IT Team.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the continued development and evolution of our Dynamics CE environment in line with NHP’s digital transformation. This will include all modules within Dynamics CE and subsequent integrations to our other solutions.

Reporting to the Applications Manager for Digital & CE, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Eliciting, gathering & documenting detailed business requirements, translating them into technical requirements and working with the business and IT teams to implement and obtain formal sign offs
- Driving stakeholder engagements ensuring customer requirements are clearly defined, accepted and applied
- Overseeing compilation, writing & delivery of business requirements documents, as well as within Azure DEVOPS
- Taking charge of developing and deploying CE Customisations and Solutions to sandbox and LIVE environments
- Managing security and user access, ensuring adherence to best practices and coordinating with the support team
- Primary point of contact and expert for MS Dynamics 365 CE across various business and technical areas
- Ensuring the system is maintained and administered according to Microsoft Best Practices and in collaboration with the support team
- Developing and implementing customer-focused solutions that drive business value

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Tertiary qualifications in IT related field or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience developing in all modules of the **Dynamics 365** CE Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, MS Dataverse (CDS/DualWrite), PureCloud (GENESYS Cloud) and Power app portals.
- Demonstrated experience developing in Configuration Customization of Dynamics 365 CE using Plug-ins, Javascripts, Logic Apps, Custom workflows, and power automate
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft’s.NET Framework (C#), Visual studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, FetchXML, and Web API
- Effective oral and written communication skills for clear and concise interactions
- Strong interpersonal skills, promoting collaboration and maintaining positive relationships
- Experience in problem solving, decision making and implementing customer-focused solutions
- Experience leading small teams or projects, with the ability to operate autonomously and drive the team direction or project
