**Job Description**:
**What we offer**
This is a fixed term (12month), part-time (0.4FTE) position and is primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan Campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW7 range $93,854 - $101,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total full time equivalent package will be in the range $109,809 - $118,965 per annum.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent class facilitation knowledge, time management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills to successfully lead a team that will proactively and positively assist in laboratory/ practical activity-based learning. You will also have, but not limited to:
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience delivering student laboratory practical activities within the tertiary or equivalent environment including leadership experience or a combination of equivalent experience, skills and knowledge (experience within the field of Physiotherapy highly regarded).
- Highly developed critical thinking skills, respectful communication, and partner with academic and professional staff colleagues to support innovation and drive business improvement with your team.
- Highly organised, attention to detail and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- You are deeply collaborative, solution focused, value teamwork and continuous improvement.
- You will evidence passion for a high performance culture that supports both individual and shared goals and for delivering student practical skills.
- Strong Health and Safety compliance acumen within specialised teaching environments.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, including Teams & Sharepoint platforms desirable.
