**About the Opportunity**:
As we prepare to re-open our refurbished spaces this February, we’re seeking a driven **Quality Manager** to join our dedicated team. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of our hospital’s quality and risk programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will play a key role and lead the development, implementation and evaluation of our hospital’s quality and risk program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and monitoring of our Hospital-wide Quality Improvement Program, with a focus on risk management.
- Champion all accreditation processes, ensuring our standards of care remain exceptional.
- Provide leadership and coaching to empower managers in building a strong quality and risk management culture.
- Play a key role in clinical data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate and review investigations, ensuring a thorough and thoughtful approach to continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**:

- **Tertiary qualifications** in clinical or non-clinical disciplines.
- Proven experience in **Quality Improvement** and/or **Clinical Governance**.
- A track record of successfully implementing **organisation-wide initiatives** and influencing teams to build a culture of quality improvement.
- Strong **problem-solving** and **analytical skills**.
- **In-depth knowledge** of the ACHS Accreditation System and the **National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS)** Standards.
- Strong **educational** and **auditing** skills that contribute to building robust systems and practices.
