TEN Recruitment are in partnership with a leading WA Construction company who deliver large scale commercial construction projects across the Perth metro area. They are now looking to add a Quality Manager to their team, to provide leadership across quality and compliance.

With ISO:9001 accreditation already in place this position is responsible for managing QA and compliance across the company and driving a culture of quality compliance.

This role would suit a motivated QA professional, ideally with a construction industry background, who is looking to take the lead and drive company-wide QA compliance.

Your responsibilities may include:

- QA Management, ensuring compliance with ISO:9001
- Provide leadership in QA and compliance
- Drive a culture of quality compliance
- Advise the leadership team on quality related topics
- Work with the project delivery team to develop Project Management plans
- Development of policies and procedures
- Organise quality - related training
- Carry out audits to ensure compliance and assist with external audits
- Investigate any non conformances

Essential criteria:

- Minimum 3 years experience is a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Fully conversant in ISO:9001 requirements and audit processes
- Knowledge of WA legislation and codes of practice
- Experienced in the development of procedures and processes
- Qualified as an internal auditor
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Procore experience highly desirable
