As our business grows, we currently have full-time permanent opportunities for qualified Trades professionals to work at our advanced world-class manufacturing facility based in Port Melbourne. **The roles will primarily be based on afternoon shift but flexibility is required to work on day and night shift if required.** We have several opportunities available to commence in 2025 and beyond.

**What will I be doing?**

Working in a supportive team environment, you will be trained in the pre and post production processes of aircraft components, exercising high precision trade skills using various material and/or specialist manufacturing techniques. Absolutely no previous experience in our industry required. We have a three-shift operation but it is essential that **you’re available to do afternoon shift**:
**Day Shift**: 6am - 2:30pm
**Afternoon Shift**: 2:30pm - 11pm (15% Salary loading)
**Night Shift**: 10pm - 6:00am (30% Salary loading)

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)**:

- Australian recognized Trade qualification (Certificate III or above) is essential
- Completion of a trade Apprenticeship backed with relevant experience working in your trade
- Literacy and numeracy skills to follow and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings
- Hand skills with a high level of attention to detail under repetitive conditions
- Ability to work independently or part of a diverse team towards a common goal and to agreed deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working with hands and physical work
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to OHS procedures
- Reliable and willingness to work afternoon shift but flexibility is required to also be able to work day or night shift upon business requirements
- Full, unrestricted working rights for Australia.
