**Crest Hotel Group is looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join the team as the Business Development Executive**
**The position - Business Development Executive, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead a small team to meet the Accommodation, conference and event revenue targets by**:
- Previous sales experience including outbound calling and meeting established KPIs
- Corporate, and Digital sales experience in a hotel environment
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Extensive Corporate, Leisure and Digital sales experience in a hotel environment
- Showcasing the property through client events and site inspections.
- Follow-up, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction
- Coordinate event details and requirements with clients
- Assist and lead the operations as required at times adopting a hands on approach.
**Applicants should possess the following attributes**:
- Revenue forecasting
- Food and beverage experience, including menu planning.
- Excellent client relations with well developed negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation.
- As a leader, you will streamline processes and procedures where necessary to maximize efficiency, reduce cost and increase revenues / profits. You will strategize with management to meet and exceed sales budgets..
The Hotel environment at times can be stressful and therefore you will need to be someone who can keep calm under pressure; this position involves working with customers who have specific requests and demands. Any eye for detail and a can do attitude is essential.
Previous sales experience in a similar hospitality role is essential.
**Flexible base salary + super + commission**
