Senior HR Business Partner role supporting a global leadership team
- South Eastern suburbs with hybrid working
- Salary circa $180-200k (incl super)

This leading manufacturer of specialist skincare products is a well-known and much-loved Australian brand with a proud family history. Now celebrating 70 years of operation, they boast a successful global footprint and are continuing to grow across international and local markets.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Commercial, the Global HR Business Partner will work with the global Commercial teams for this organisation, supporting the solutioning and implementation of a broad people program to embed and elevate consistent employee experience while driving underpinning frameworks and initiatives to support their objectives.

This is a varied role that combines operational delivery and strategic engagement with a global leadership team. You will:

- Partner with global Commercial leaders in the execution and engagement of a broad people program - coaching, advising and supporting stakeholders while delivering HR and people outcomes for the Commercial business
- Support the embedding of the global HR team and model - ensuring international HR team members are galvanised on people strategy and purpose
- Collaborate with the Head of HR and broader team on a range of enterprise-wide people projects and cyclical events including L&D, Engagement, Remuneration, Talent and the implementation of a new HRIS

We will be looking for:

- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercially complex environment (eg growth-oriented, multi-jurisdictional, or mergers & acquisitions etc), ideally within a global business
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the capability to develop and implement practical HR solutions that are aligned to business objectives
- A broad generalist background with demonstrated experience in operational elements including ER, restructure and change through to more strategic components like L&D and Talent

This role is based in Dandenong South however with a hybrid working environment and the capability to work 2 days/week from home.
