**About this Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Manager to join our Dandenong (Lemnos) Site. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will be responsible for the management of all site maintenance operations ensuring the plant equipment and line efficiencies are maintained at an optimal level whilst managing maintenance costs. This role is responsible for the technical and management support for all process and mechanical components in addition to supporting continuous improvement and capital engineer project work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Optimise maintenance costs and maintain machine and line efficiencies
- Recommend and implement operating plans, budgets and capital additions as necessary
- Preparing maintenance schedules, work orders and performance KPI’s.
- Identifying trends and opportunities to improve asset availability by analysis of manufacturing and engineering performance data.
- Define and maintain the optimal stock of spare parts to ensure that all factory equipment is maintained in good working condition
- Capital budget and CAPEX preparation, including Tenders
- Management or integration of all aspects of Mechanical and Process engineering relating to Continuous Improvement and Capital Engineering Project work

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in engineer or a trade qualified (mechanical or electrical trades).
- Experience in reliability focused maintenance in a Dairy or FMCG environment prefered by not essential
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, both internal and external;
