We may be Australia’s oldest dairy, but we’re also Australia’s most innovative dairy. Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 150 million litres of milk each year from more than 50 dairy farming families located in WA’s pristine South-West region. All of our Brownes Dairy products are made in WA. As this role plays a vital part in the operations of the business, we are seeking someone who can take on a leadership role, who will be responsible for the production operations and activities of the Beverage department. As a proven leader you will develop and communicate operational objectives and processes to the Beverage team, ensuring quality standards, HACCP, GMP, health and safety are paramount.

You will have previous people management experience within the food industry and have interpersonal and communication skills to engage our Beverage department, building a culture that is adaptable to change and focused on delivering results.
- Business alignment and ability to understand business drivers and priorities including budgeting and cost control. Provide insights into the operational costs for budgeting, forecasting and cost reductions.
- Ability to effectively problem solve in a fast-moving environment
- Developing and leading change requirements in our dynamic FMCG business. Ensuring our customers expectations are continually met and exceeded.
- Lead the Beverage processing and packing Teams in continuous improvement of all aspects of the facility to achieve year on year improvements in operational costs
- You will be a leader who can set clear expectations for the team.
