Help plan for a new advanced processing plant in Louisiana - Travel to USA required - Join the battery revolution Project Planner Element 25 Ltd is an ASX listed resource company (ASX: E25) which is developing it’s 100% owned Butcherbird Project to produce high value, high-purity manganese: a commodity powering the technology revolution. The Butcherbird Deposit is Australia’s largest onshore manganese resource, containing more than 180 million tonnes at 10.8% manganese in JORC resources. Element 25 is proud to be a key player in producing materials which advance battery technology, wind and solar power generation, and associated grid electrical storage systems. Our projects may also produce manganese ore for use in steelmaking. The company has a number of exploration projects with potential for other high-value elements including cobalt, copper, nickel and gold. The unique processing technique employed at Butcherbird also reduces the operation's potential carbon footprint. Our plans to incorporate renewable energy dovetails with our "cleaner, greener" approach, and meets consumer demand for responsible material sourcing. Element 25 is developing capabilities to produce High Purity Manganese Sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM) in Louisiana USA. The HPMSM team will be spread across Perth and Louisiana. This is an newly created role and an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing battery materials company undergoing a period of continued growth as they support development in the global battery sector. We are seeking an exceptional individual to work closely with a team to develop, maintain and manage the project schedule. Ensure projects are being scheduled and forecast using a consistent methodology (using MS Projects as the principal software package) and assisting or leading in the creation of comprehensive schedule reports. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain Project Plan for project expansion and processing plant engineering and construction - Liaising with owners, team, engineering consultants and site construction teams - Preparing and presenting progress reports - Identification of long lead elements or high risk components of projects with regards to schedule. - Analysing project costs and forecasts against budget and schedules. - Milestone delivery schedules - Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling processes - Identifying areas for improvement and advise on action plans on cost reduction efforts - Optimise scheduling and resource allocation - Team accountability against the published Project Plan - Attend and participate in regular project team meetings - including progress updates - Work very closely with Project Director or Project Manager to plan, schedule, and programme the Louisiana HPMSM Processing Facility through construction and commissioning phases **Requirements**: - Demonstrated 5+ years in a similar role, with engineering experience delivering technically challenging projects, including scope of work and WBS. - Proficient using O365 Project planning package - able to schedule and programme projects and create master schedules, reporting etc - Strong O365 suite skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio - A willingness and competency to perform as part of a tight-knit team. - A practical-minded hands-on approach. - Effective team member, coupled with the ability to effectively work independently. - Excellent communication, written and people skills. - A solutions-orientated approach with a desire to progress within your chosen field of engineering.
