**Position Summary**

As a Bartender at Capella Sydney, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispense bar, which supports three dining outlets within the hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the efficient preparation and of all beverages to our guests.

**The Role**:

- Prepare a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, coffees, teas, according to established recipes and standards.
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Thrive in a high-volume setting by efficiently managing orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support the dispense bar operations by assisting with stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Work collaboratively with the venue teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, assisting with tasks such as glassware polishing, garnish preparation, and restocking.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as hotel policies and procedures, to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Maintain clear and open communication with colleagues and supervisors to address any issues or concerns promptly.

**Talent Profile**
- Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
- Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
