Our client is a high performing Real Estate agency based in the Sydney's Western Suburbs, looking for their next Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team. The team is guided by two highly accomplished Directors who boast extensive industry experience, resulting in top-tier results in sales, leasing and property management.

**The Position**

In the role of Commercial Property Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Manage a neat and tidy portfolio of 65 smaller commercial properties mainly strata industrial with some office/retail
- Responding to maintenance requests, working closely with centre and facility managers to ensure work orders are completed
- Oversee arrears management
- Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and lease negotiations
- Maintaining existing relationships with asset owners, tenants, facility & centre managers - ensuring strong communication at all times

**The Person**
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate License
- Experience in commercial or residential property management
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- You will have strong presentation and communication skills to be able to build positive relationships quickly
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
