We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Service Manager to join our organisation. As an ICT Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the IT service desk, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) reporting and monitoring, and providing efficient business administration support. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and maintaining excellent customer service.
