Experienced Medical Receptionist wanted for our busy mixed billing practice in Pakenham for immediate start.

This position will involve evening closes around 5.30pm and morning opens around 8.15am

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Meet and greet patients with a high level of customer service
- Invoicing Workcover and TAC
- Invoice and obtain payments from private patients
- Processing and batching Medicare & Veteran Affairs
- Eftpos payments
- Must be a team player.
- Be able to multi task and problem solve, sometimes under pressure.
- Excellent work ethic and have an eye for detail.
- Medical Director and Pracsoft knowledge a big advantage but not necessary.
- Adhoc duties.
- Prefer someone that has worked in a General Practice before.

This position would ideally suit someone who does not want full time work, but happy to step up and do extra shifts when needed. Hourly rate will be based on previous experience.

Pay: $31.00 - $52.43 per hour

Expected hours: 9.75 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
