An exciting opportunity exists for a mature and experienced Diploma Educator to join Beverly Hills Montessori Christian ELC. Located in a quiet residential street, our boutique Early Learning Centre consists of a large cottage and experienced staff. Our environment provides a nurturing, stimulating and safe place for learning.

We are looking for a mature person who has a lot of energy and passion and is warm and friendly. Our staff are dedicated and supportive, and want only the best for our children. This centre is a truly unique and special place.

**We are located 2 minutes from Narwee buses & train station, and we are approx. 30min from Sydney CBD.**

**As we are a Montessori school you would need to be open to learning & practicing our philosophy & practice (training given).**

**As a Christian school you would be embracing Christian teaching & values.**

Your Responsibilities:
**Educator for our under 3 year olds**

**Plan, Implement, assess and review a high quality and diverse educational program**

**Design and implement daily routines and use routine times as opportunities for leaning**

**Create a friendly, secure and stimulation interactive learning environment**

**Maintain positive working relationships with team members**

**Ensure a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times**

**Build strong and trusting relationships with families, children and staff**

Job Requirements:
**Diploma in Children's Services.**

**Excellent Verbal and written communication**

**A strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide educational standards of excellence.**

**A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think outside the box and bringing in new ideas.**

**Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework**

**Live in close proximity to the centre (This is VIP)**

**Conservative & neat appearance**

**Two relevant references**

**A current Working with Children Check; First Aid; Anaphylaxis & Asthma & Identifying and responding to Children qualifications**

**Salary**: $51,730.00 - $54,383.00 per year
