Beverly Hills Montessori Christian ELC is looking for an outstanding **Diploma trained Early Childhood Educator** to join our team of committed and innovative professionals working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years as our **Second in Charge (2IC)**.

**ESSENTIAL**
- ACECQA approved qualification of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current ACECQA approved First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management.
- Current ACECQA approved Child Protection. CHCPRT001 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current and Valid working rights in Australia
- Would like to learn more about Montessori and do some training
- Live close to Narwee NSW

**EXPERIENCE**
- Well-developed knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework & National Quality Standards
- Demonstrated experience in supporting curriculum development and documenting children's learning through an online portfolio.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in an approved early education and care service.

**CAPABILITIES**
- Ability to engage effectively with children and families
- A creative spirit and interest in contemporary pedagogy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills of the English language
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A high level of initiative and a commitment to continuous learning
