**Duties**

As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be the face of recruitment for our Child & Family Services portfolio - attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent who are just as passionate about inclusion as we are:

- **Drive Recruitment Strategy**: Collaborate with leaders to craft creative and strategic talent solutions that align with our mission.
- **Own the Journey**: Deliver end-to-end recruitment that’s timely, values-driven, and high impact.
- **Be a Trusted Advisor**: Empower leaders with tools and training to recruit confidently and inclusively.
- **Champion Safety**: Uphold our Code of Conduct and lead by example in everything you do.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Oversee the collection and verification of pre-employment and probity documentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and relevant legislative or regulatory requirements.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding practices
- Experience in high volume recruitment highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident with HRIS and recruitment systems
