**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Officer - INDONESIAN ONLY
**Location**: Sydney, Australia

**Job Type**: Part-time (3 days max per week)
**Compensation**: 200 AUD per day

**About the Business and the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Community Engagement**: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Indonesian community in Australia, particularly those on working holiday visas.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and reach potential clients through targeted marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in promoting APAX Visa Services’ programs and services to drive client inquiries and conversions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on the Indonesian community’s needs, preferences, and behaviors to tailor marketing and sales strategies.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and other key stakeholders.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Location**: Must be located in Sydney, Australia.
- **Community Knowledge**: Strong understanding and connections within the Indonesian community in Australia, particularly those under working holiday visas.
- **Marketing Experience**: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on community engagement and outreach.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Sales-Driven**: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
- **Cultural Awareness**: A deep understanding of Indonesian culture and the ability to build relationships within the community.
