We are currently looking for a dynamic **Marketing Executive/Officer** with experience for recruiting **INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS **from the following regions:

- **Philippines**:

- **South America (Colombia, Brazil)**:

- **Thailand**:

- **Vietnam**:

- **Malaysia, and**:

- **Nepal**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Recruit students by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
- Develop and maintain relationships to drive integrated sales strategies within key recruitment channels such as education agents (national and international), partner colleges, businesses, and direct channels
- Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support college business objectives.
- Assists Director/ CEO with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, marketing events to promote the college.
- Plan, develop and execute onshore and offshore missions (trips) to promote and drive sales. This includes attending multi-brand events/exhibitions within regional responsibility
- Working around with the marketing team assisting them in marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, website, etc. to deliver student sales
- Maximise revenue and growth with the help of strategic pricing planning keeping in mind the competitor pricing and budget pricing.
- Must maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and be able to maintain and develop relationships with key partners.
- Must be able to achieve sales targets for the assigned regions.

**Requirements**:

- Business/Marketing qualification and previous sales/ marketing experience in the education sector.
- Must have 2-3 Years of Experience in **International Student** Recruitment.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Ambitious, Passionate, Highly committed & Self-Motivated
- Confidence, resilience and perseverance
- Must be able to travel international and interstate.
