**About the role**:
We have an exciting full-time role available for a Marketing Lead to join our Glue team in Haymarket Sydney, NSW You will be responsible for driving and executing the Marketing Strategy across 360 channels.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness of ALS Brands, drive customer engagement, and increase sales

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
1. Marketing Strategy, Campaigns & Content
- Work with Marketing Manager to build the Marketing Strategy including planning Marketing Calendar and go to market plans for all campaigns and product drops.
- Support the Marketing Manager with building out the Tone of Voice and Brand guidelines for Glue Store.
- Work with Content lead and Marketing Manager on developing the concept and execution of campaigns based on Marketing Calendar and product/brand launches, in line with Glue brand guidelines.
- Project manage assigned end to end Marketing Campaigns
- Assist with developing ideas and executing any brand funded co-op marketing campaigns, working directly with brands and wider Marketing Team.
- Assist with styling for content campaign shoots with product and props, ensuring brand requirements are met based on purpose of shoot and trends.
- Assist with sourcing product samples and props for content shoots, if needed
- Manage E-comm/Content shoots to get shoots + on set requirements - models, props, locations locked.

2. Influencer & Community Management
- Building the Glue community of external partners including but not limited to: Influencers, Artists etc.
- Managing influencer relationships and coordinating gifting programs.
- Sourcing new partners and influencers for content creation and product seeding.
- Liaising and briefing Influencers on all requirements for content production and sharing.
- Reporting on all partner/influencer campaign and features to feed insights back to wider Marketing Team.
- Engaging with Retail teams to build internal Glue community and content creation.

3. Own label Marketing
- Assist with driving Marketing & Brand strategies - Understanding product, purpose, brand identity and tone of voice.
- Assist with building specific go to market plans based on collections and deliveries, and ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Assist with building content direction for all content and ecommerce photoshoots, working with Head of Womenswear and wider Marketing team to ensure product is brought to life in the most relevant way.
- Building specific influencer communities and partners for these brands.
- Execute seeding/gifting programs.

4. Analysis Reporting
- Contribute to the Weekly trade sales report including relevant commentary.
- Build out post campaign wrap up reports.
- Produce ad-hoc reporting where necessary.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Demonstrated 3-5 years’ proven Marketing specialist experience
- Preferably retail or wholesale background
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media and audience growth
- Excellent data analytics and reporting
- A positive can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive approach
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and as part of team
- Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team.
- Project management experience highly regarded
- Highly organised with great communication skills
- Marketing, business degree/diploma preferable.
