AV is seeking an experienced Fundraising Support Officer to efficiently manage donations and provide administrative support to the Community Fundraising & Privacy team within the Corporate Services Division.
This is a full time, permanent position currently based at AV head office in Doncaster.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager Community Fundraising & Privacy the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee the data management of all donors and supporters
- Generate reports and provide data segmentation and analysis
- Produce financial statements and raise purchase orders
- Administer logístical coordination of fundraising initiatives as guided by manager

ABOUT YOU

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Demonstrated experience in the processing and maintenance of a donor relationship management database
- Demonstrated experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or similar database
- Demonstrated experience engaging with a variety of customers in a positive and customer focused manner
- Intermediate to Advanced computing skills, especially Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail, with specific regards to data entry speed and accuracy.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with a people-oriented focus
- Experience with Oracle financials/procurement system or similar

This position is graded an AV2 for which the salary range is $66,704 - $79,111 pa plus 10.5% superannuation.
