Hudor Cleaning Services is seeking a Full Time Supervisor for immediate start in Southport, Gold Coast.

The role entails:

- Set performance goals and deadlines that align with the company’s scopes and client requests,
- Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback via online platforms,
- Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner,
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations,
- Monthly stock inventory,
- Speak with suppliers, mechanics etc,
- Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management and
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and Trainings to old & new staff on a weekly/monthly basis.
- English speaking and writing is imperative to the role as you have to speak with the Client and CSM on a daily basis,
- Experience in Cleaning - at least 1 to 2 years experience in the Commercial Cleaning Industry,
- Manual Driving License or a Valid Drivers License, as you may be required to assist the team in driving the Company Vehicle for Services,
- Full Australian Work Rights,
- Great organization skills and eye for detail,
- Ability to train staff and work with a team of 5-6+ staff.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southport, QLD 4215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English Fluently (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
