- Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.**What you’d be doing in this role
- As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.**At the moment, this role is focused on**:

- Collaborating with the recruiting team to develop creative sourcing strategies to hire top talent into our design and product teams.
- Identifying prospects through a variety of passive sourcing channels including research, boolean, referrals, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Adopting a data-driven approach to sourcing by utilising talent insights to build creative sourcing strategies, inform hiring managers, identify recruiting opportunities, and drive talent and market mapping.
- Providing the TA Lead and recruiters weekly / fortnightly sourcing activity report to include metrics, sourcing plans, priorities and initiatives.

- You have prior experience in a fast-paced recruitment role and have a successful track record of hiring top design and/or product talent.

- You’re creative and proactive. You love to research and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving. You get stuck into various platforms, technology tools, social networks and databases to uncover the best talent in the world.
- You are able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You have a demonstrated interest in design & product, and a desire to learn more.
